We continuously update our Corporate Safety Plan which is implemented and monitored by our Corporate Safety Director.
Each and every employee must complete the OSHA 30 Hour- Construction Safety Course and all workers, government inspectors, visitors, technicians and subcontractors on our construction sites are required to attend the Site Safety Orientation prior to being allowed on site. Our heavy equipment operators have been tested and certified as Qualified Operators.
We conduct weekly safety meetings and communicate daily hazards via Activity Hazard Analysis. Our employees are empowered to stop work if life threatening conditions exist and are responsible for promoting safety.

I would like to commend the Bergeron team for their excellent safe work record in the performance of their contracted duties on our project. The supervisor goes above his required safety duties each day to ensure the equipment is inspected, the crew receives proper instruction, and I am kept informed of each day’s tasks.
