Site Development Services
Bergeron Land Development provides complete site development services to both private and public sectors and has the ability to successfully complete projects valued at up to $137 million. Bergeron has the ability to manage all of the vertical and non-vertical construction aspects of a project, thereby reducing the risk of conflicts that often arise when working with multiple contractors. Projects have been awarded based on competitive bidding of lump sum, schedule of values or by design-built contracting.
For the majority of projects listed below, Bergeron Land Development was responsible to for the following:
• Water and sewer
Southwest Bus Facility – School Board of Broward County
Bergeron Land developed a 30-acre site for the construction of an administration and bus fueling building in Broward County, Florida complete with a bus wash facility, oil/water separator, parking, fencing, and security.
Whispering Woods – Shelby Homes
Bergeron Land Development developed 38.5 acres in West Palm Beach, Florida including lake construction, canal cleaning and creation of mitigation areas.
Bergeron Park of Commerce North and South
Bergeron Land Development developed the 300-acre Park of Commerce site as well as the roadway construction of SW 196th Avenue. Today, the Bergeron Park of Commerce and Industry is zoned for Light Industrial (M-1), General Industrial (M-3) and Limited Heavy Industrial (M-4), caters to a broad range of businesses.
Fort Lauderdale Airport Remote Parking Facility – Broward County
Bergeron Land Development developed the 29-acre Fort Lauderdale Airport Park Facility in Broward County, Florida with three toll booths, a generator building and six bus shelters. It was constructed on an accelerated schedule in order to accommodate early use by the airport.
Completed in December 2015, Tamiami Crossings is located in the City of Naples, Florida at the SE Corner of the Collier Boulevard and Tamiami Trail (US41). The site development project consisted of developing approximately 25 acres for a national chain retail shopping center.
Our expertise in sensitive environmental projects was needed due to the project’s close proximity to a delicate environmental preserves known for pristine water aquifers.
Governing agencies involved with the site development project, included Collier County, the Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
